Without further ado, we kick off the game!
Right off the start, Rongos team would like to thank our fantastic community for your tremendous support and love! Although we have been in a downturn, resulting in the limited expansion of community size, we believe the loyal supporters will recognize our efforts in what we are doing.
Until now, information about the project can be found on various sites: Twitter, Medium, Discord, Telegram, Youtube, Facebook, and Tiktok. Shortly, we plan to extend the exposure to reach the masses. Reddit and Instagram are under our consideration. More sites, more engaging content, and more benefits for the community.

Design
Design is a process, not a methodology.
Along with establishing social media channels, significant strides have been taken in art conceptualization. The Art team is responsible for conceptualizing the visuals, including the game’s theme, environment, and character. Also, it is our most vigorous effort in production at the moment because we are still deep in pre-production.
The Environment Design Team is hard at work on conceptualizing four major space environments, including Desert, Highland, Jungle, and Mountain. Each space has its own specialties and functionalities. For instance, the jungle has something of a mystery with patches of dark moss green, combined with thousand-year stumps and trunks. Stepping into the jungle environment, players will have a sense of mystery and adventure.
The Character Design Team has been taking a giant leap towards defining Rongos’ visuals. In the Rongo’s multiverse, there are seven tribes, including Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, Dark, Light, in which each tribe has three specific races. The Rongos system has diverse characters in entirely different forms, characteristics, personas and skills.
The road to the current version has been imbued with void and excitement thus far. The Art team has spent countless months pondering and sketching many different design ideas. Many concepts have been replaced. Tons of effort. Hundred sleepless nights. This may not be the final version, but it depicts an evolution of game character design that the team has constantly been thriving.
Game Production
No way home. The countdown to the beta test has begun.
It’s been a wild few months for the blockchain team. We’ve begun laying parts of the groundwork for the core gameplay loop, infrastructure, and on-chain game mechanics. Blockchain is key to the Rongos vision. We’ve already made tremendous progress towards some of the essential features on our roadmap like a marketplace, NFT, and currency exchange,…Stay tuned for more on that!
Anyone who knows a software engineer understands how much hair-pulling and lost sleep are involved in ensuring that your code doesn’t break. Being decentralized gives us a massive advantage in this for some mechanics and assets; for the rest, we’re focusing hard on the reliability and scalability of our systems. We put community first in any decision to serve a fantastic player experience, regardless of where they come from. Even when we challenge ourselves with the different blockchain network that is possible to boost user experience, we are ready to hop on.
The product team is trying out various testing methods to analyze and fix the technical issues in the game. Anyone who has ever been working in a product team understands that for a product to reach the users have to go through thousands of trials and transformations — no exception for Rongos. During the past months, we have had a weekly internal test with more updates than the previous week. However, in order to meet user expectations, we are planning to launch a beta test to gather feedback from the community. At the same time, this will also be a chance to pay tribute to the early supporters. We hope you will look forward to the defining moment with us.
Others
We’re preparing for the major official overhaul of the landing page. This will include a fully immersive UX UI experience and not just an informative landing page. This will go a long way in grabbing the attention of all interested people who want to learn everything about Rongos Game and be shown the quality level that is capable when you get the right creative minds in the same room together.
The trailer of Rongos has been deep in the pre-visualization for the past couple of months and will officially kick off the whole production in the next couple of weeks. We are nothing but confident about the quality of the story, music, and visuals delivered in this trailer.
